  • Key in the amount to be transferred
  • Select ‘If correct, press’
  • Select ‘To confirm’
  • Remove ATM card
  • Collect your receipt

Yes. You may. However please note that all payment will be in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
An invoice will be generated to you via mail, email or fax once ticket is issued upon request.
  • Login to https://internet-banking.dbs.com.sg
  • On the left navigation pane, click on ‘Funds Transfer’
  • Click on ‘Funds Transfer To Other DBS/POSB A/C’
  • Select Fortune Trvl as Payee by clicking on the drop down button
  • Select ‘Immediate Transfer’
  • Click ‘Submit’ to proceed
  • To confirm the transaction, key in your DBS iB Secure Pin
  • A confirmation screen will appear:
    • Verify the details and click ‘Confirm’ to finalise the transfer
  • Upon successful completion of the transfer, a message screen will appear with the following details:
    • From Account: POSB Savings 123-45678-9
    • Latest Available Balance: S$8888.88
    • To Account : DBS Current 001-062403-2 Fortune Trvl
    • Amount: 888.88
    • Transaction Reference: 97979721
Please either notify us of your payment transaction by email to payment@travelinc.com.sg OR fax to (65) 6593 4022 OR sms to (65) 9199 6117 stating your name, contact number, confirmation reference and transaction reference to facilitate us with the tracking of your payment.

All payment must be made within 2 business days after booking is confirmed. Payment was not done thereafter; we shall deem the booking as cancelled.

Note: Saturday is considered 1 business day for payment.
  • Login to https://internet-banking.dbs.com.sg with your DBS iB Secure Pin.
  • Click on ‘Funds Transfer’
  • Click on ‘Funds Transfer: Add New DBS/POSB Payee’
  • Fill in the following information:
    • Account Information
    • Account Name: YOUR NAME
    • My Initials: Traveller’s full name Eg Tan Hwee Leng
  • Daily Transfer Limit: S$5,000.00
  • New Payee Information
  • Payee Account Type: DBS Current
  • Payee Account Number: 0010624032
  • Nickname of Payee: Fortune Travel
  • Click ‘Submit’ to proceed
  • A confirmation screen will appear:
    • New Payee Information – Confirmation
    • My Initials: Traveller’s full name
    • Account Type: DBS Current
    • Account Number: 0010624032
    • Nickname of Payee: Fortune Travel
  • Click ‘Confirm’ to proceed. A one-time password (OTP) will be send to you via SMS.
  • Click ‘Make OTP Application’
    • Key in OTP received and click ‘Submit’ to proceed
  • Click ‘Confirm’ to finalise
  • Setting up of Fortune Travel account completed

Please state the lead traveller’s full name as in the booking under My Initials field when performing the Internet Banking Funds Transfer. Eg Tan Hwee Leng

For same bank transfer, transfer may take place instantly or the next working day. As for interbank transfer, transfer may take 2 or more working days to process.

Please note that for collection of cash after office hour between 7-8pm, there will be an additional collection charge of SGD15.00 per trip. After 8pm, the collection of cash will be on the next working day.
