For any cancellations before deposit is collected, please login to your profile and cancel the package in your profile. However, if deposit has been made, please forward an email to us providing us with all the necessary details through our “Contact Us” page and our customer service team would get in touch with you within 2 business days. There will be a handling fee of SGD30.00 per passenger; this fee is in addition to the cancellation fees imposed as follows:

No. of days prior to departure - Cancellation fees per person (S$) (Excluding handling fees)

  • Over 30 days - 25% of package value
  • 16 - 30 days - 35% of package value
  • 08- 15 days - 50% of package value
  • 07 days or less - 100% of package value

For any amendments before deposit is collected, please login to your profile and do the changes in the package itself. However, if deposit has been made, please forward an email to us providing us with all the necessary details through our “Contact Us” page and our customer service team would get in touch with you within 2 business days. A handling fee of SGD30.00 will be levied for per amendment after your holiday package has been confirmed; this fee is in addition to any amendment fees imposed by the airlines or hotel.

There will be strictly no amendment once the tickets have been issued. This applies to all types of packages offered online.

Refunds of Tour Package bookings must be made in writing to avoid misunderstanding and to be received by us to be effective and we shall acknowledge within 2 business days.

Refunds are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the respective Tour Package and Cancellation fees stipulated.

Processing time for refund applications may take up to 3 months subjecting to the approval from the Hotel/Airline and Supplier.

We act as an agent for the service suppliers. After a deposit of the tour fare is made, all reservations are still subject to confirmation by the service suppliers. In the event that the reservation cannot be confirmed, we will endeavour to notify you the soonest and a full refund of the deposit will be made if the reservation is cancelled as a result of inability to confirm the reservation. In cases of credit card payment, refunds (if any) will be made through the credit card company. We shall not be liable for such cancellation, save that we shall make the necessary refund of deposits or tour fares set out herein.

Processing time for deposit refund applications may take up to 7 business days.
