We do advise you to read through the terms and conditions of the fare before cancellation. Most of the fares offered on our website has no refund value, cannot be changed, reissued, or transferred to another traveller.

All cancellations must be made at least 3 business days prior to the departure. Should there be any last min cancellation, please contact the airline directly to avoid no show fees.

Refund application is subjected to terms and conditions of the fare applied. We could submit the ticket/s on behalf of passenger/s to the airlines for refund application. However, airlines reserved the right to reject any refund submitted at their own discretion.

Please note that there will be a handling fee of SGD25.00 in addition to any cancellation/administration fees imposed by the airlines.

General processing time for refund application may take up to a maximum of 3 months depending on the type of tickets and reasons for refund. Certain complicated situations may take a longer processing time as stipulated by the airlines.

Once the refund has been processed, the funds will be credited back to the original mode of payment.

If you have purchased your ticket with a credit card, the refund will be credited to your credit card account. Even if the credit card account is closed, the refund will be sent to the credit card company. You have to contact the Bank directly.
Due to the recent increases in security measures, most airlines do not allow name changed, please submit your ticket for refund (subject to the terms and conditions of the ticket and penalty fees may incur). Buy a new ticket under the correct name.
For a totally unused ticket, the expiry date of the ticket will be 1 year from the date of issuance. Partially unused ticket will base on the terms and conditions of the ticket.
